Painter and animator Kayla Moon is the latest featured, female artist on “The Art of Women Tampa Bay – Art Chat”
Kayla Moon is a painter and animator who has been featured at Old Hyde Park Gallery, Carrollwood Cultural Center, Inkwood Books, Five Labs, Vahalla, The Iberian, Orlando’s The Henao Contemporary Center, and the new Fairgrounds St. Pete.
She believes that colors invoke emotions and loves to incorporate color and texture into her work.
As a self-proclaimed lifelong learner and art enthusiast, Kayla is also proud to be an advocate for the arts and creativity.
Apart from her artistry, she works in the humanitarianism sector as a coordinator for a nonprofit that serves the homeless population of Tampa Bay. She also holds a BA degree from Florida A and M University in Broadcast Journalism.
