One small action can cause big results when it comes to capturing your dreams.
When I made my first movie that appeared on PBS, I had no training and no clue how to fund it.
I was very scared of failing and looking stupid.
My passion to tell an amazing story burned inside me.
The one, main tipping point that got me to take the leap and announce to the world that I was going to produce it was by attending a women’s golf group luncheon. Cindy Kane had invited me and Fawn Germer was speaking.
Fawn’s talk hit me right between the eyes, in a good way. I bought her book that day and she gave me some mentoring advice.
Fawn was very busy but she “got” me and I have been forever grateful for her critical advice throughout my first journey as a producer.
I fell in love with film making, quit my job, started a company and produced another successful movie that aired on tv–this time I got paid for doing it!
The market downturn hit and I went back into full time government work, eventually.
After a 20 year career as a public servant, I’m focusing 100% on www.ReneeWarmackProductions.com –producing, speaking and coaching.
I’ve never been happier.
I share this to encourage YOU to have courage to talk about your dreams and vision for a better future.
Success isn’t always a straight line, but you can make quantum leaps if you pay attention to the opportunities right in front of you and risk being vulnerable.
One event, phone call or connection with the right person can take you to where you belong.
Be bold, take risks and be vulnerable. Claim your power!
You got this!
Hope to meet you on Dec. 7th!
