Pat Frank featured in my first documentary film…
I just got a nudge from someone to share my first documentary film Ten at the Top in Tampa Bay that includes Pat Frank’s back story and pearls of wisdom because Pat is retiring from her longtime public servant life and current role as Hillsborough County’s Clerk of the Circuit Court.
The film highlighted 10 women leaders who broke the glass ceiling, and served at the same time in Tampa in 2007.
She is a trailblazing leader and human rights warrior who, as I sat interviewing her for the film, blew my mind.
